What this job involves:
Upload work orders into system.Follow up work orders progress.Follow up client’s requests in timely mannerAssist site manager to accomplish ad hoc projects
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
1+ year experience in Helpdesk or Customer Service industryGood communication skills and service mindsetGood command of English, CET-6 or equivalent level, in both speaking and writingSound computer skills in Microsoft OfficeIndependent and self-motivated, strong teamwork spirit.
