Job Requirements & Competencies :
- Academy or College above degree.More than 2 years working experience as Customer Service preferred .Or a fresh graduate would be acceptable.Have the experience to automotive/USA customer is preferred.
大专及以上学历;有2年以上工作经验;具有处理汽车客户或者美国订单客户优先。
- Good written English and Good spoken English.
良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word & Excel.
能熟练操作运用办公软件。
- Have good personality, working spirit, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong adaptability, can work under pressure.
具备良好的性格和良好的人际沟通技能;工作积极主动;适应能力强,能在压力下工作。
- Patient and careful, good sensitivity and reaction for numeral.
具备良好的耐心和细心,对数字有很好的敏感度。
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Processing receiving sales order, review all terms if the same as those in previous quotation.
在接到客户订单后,要审核所有条款是否与原先报价的相关内容一致。
- Working with Planner, Export Officer to confirm ETD.
与公司计划员、关务员合作一起确认预估交货期。
- Shall reply to customer concerned with the confirmation of order in time.
要及时回复客户有关订单确认的相关事项。
- Maintain Vantage with accurate data timely.
要及时维护好Vantage系统相关数据的准确性。
- Making a quick response for customer inquiries on stock availability, order and delivery status.
要及时回复客户的相关库存状况、订单执行、交货状态等事项咨询。
- Receiving all kinds of customer complaint, and forward the information to persons related and Sales Managers, assisting to resolve the issues appropriately.
要接受客户各种报怨,并及时将信息告知相关人员和销售经理,并协助处理好相关问题。
- launch customer satisfaction survey, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
组织客户满意度调查,分析客户反馈,并不断改善客户服务。
- Maintain relevant sales data sheets, provide statistic & administration support.
维护相关销售数据表单,提供统计和销售管理支持。
- Help to track payment according to contract and credit control policy.
根据合同和财务信用控制政策,协助追踪客户付款。
- Any other duty assigned by the company and the superior.
完成公司和上司安排的其他任务。
