About the role:

提供进驻客户工作现场的行政设施管理服务工作地点为广东省深圳市福田区


What this job involves:

访客接待,电话接听管理及支援收发室工作,会议室管理等工作负责行政类服务供应商管理及行政后勤保障工作,包括但不限于清洁,绿化,虫害等办公用品的预算及采购管理工作,包括但不限于文具,饮用水,茶水间用品等供应商付款管理办公室固定资产管理负责工程服务维修工单的管理跟进上级交待的工作月度报告的整理

专科以上学历,形象气质佳,主修行政管理,物业管理或其他相关专业良好的沟通协调能力,良好的客户服务意识工作积极主动,具有团队精神,独立开展工作,能承受工作压力熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用欢迎应届毕业生
