POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Human Resource (HR) Administrator at CLC Suzhou facility, you will have the opportunity to utilize your current Human Resource knowledge while increasing your overall skills and competency as an HR Generalist. You may be given assignments in any of the critical areas (on-boarding & orientation, administration service of facility level, benefit & activities, etc.) associated with HR& Admin. team while learning from peer HR Professionals.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing HR assistance and support within CLC facility in the following areas:
Responsible for the management of admin. related contractor service (such as meal service, water, IT equipment & Printer, Uniform, indoor greening, PPE, security, express delivery etc.), renewal of contract, payment check, and monitoring of routine operations to ensure that contractor service quality meets company requirement, and the price competitive.Responsible for the daily ordering & distribution & payment process of administration service, including sundry items purchase, stationery, office equipment, PPE, water, gift, cookies & drinks. Filing related record to make sure the accuracy of the records against the actual situation.Responsible for the continuous improvement of office environment via 5S, CPS and other effective methods.Responsible for reception & cafeteria area management, including receiving and keeping daily letter, goods and express items.Waste material management co-work with operation team.Ensure admin related expenses are well controlled under approved budget.Support any other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
BACKGROUND:
Bachelor degree, over 2 years working experience in HR & Admin function will be preferred. Responsible, patient, mature, enthusiasm, innovation and honest. Good service sense, have the ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals. Good human relations and effective communications skills to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department. The ability to maintain confidentiality.
