客户解决方案专员

客户解决方案代表隶的主要工作职责通过拜访倾听、了解、并且分析客户需求。定制具备量化价值的供应链解决方案进行部署与实施以及维护。为UPS服务提供良好支持，为客户发展带带来更多价值
The job is mainly set up to learn, understand and analyze customer demands through daily visit and propse value added logistic solutions to maintain customer growth, which brings better UPS service to customer to create more value

岗位职责

客户拜访 Customer visit

与销售团队紧密合作，通过拜访客户，了解客户的业务模式，与客户沟通来了解客户业务解决方案需求
work closely with sales team and bring customized solutions for customer through daily visit and customer communication

高附加价值的解决方案的销售和推广 Value added solution selling

为客户推荐定制化的、高附加价值的收费解决方案，更好的服务客户同时也为公司带来更多的收入
set up customized and value added money cost solution to bring better customer experience to customer and maintain

协调客户解决方案的部署和实施 coordinating customer solutions and implementation

分析客户的需求，量化UPS解决方案的价值，准备材料并向客户展示
analyze customer demands and quantify UPS value of solutions

与内部各部门沟通和合作，定制解决方案
Work internally and cooperate with different funtions to set customized solution

准备合理的实施计划以便后期解决方案的部署与实施
set up workable plan to create value added solution step by step

按计划组织和部署解决方案
set up solution plan accordingly

维护好已部署的解决方案，维系客户关系
maintain customer relationship

培训与材料收集 Training and documentation

组织内部培训，使销售团队的业务能力更强
orgnize internal training to stregthen sales team capability

职业技能评估

学历 Degree

大学本科 - 工商管理 Bachelor - Business Administration

大学本科 - 计算机科学与技术 （优先）Bachelor - Computer Science ( preferred )

语言与表达 Communication

英语 - CET4 证书，有一定的听说读写能力 English - CET 4 at least. Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English

形象良好，普通话标准，口语表达能力强，同时具有良好的书面表达能力 Good appearance, oral communication and writing skill

服务、产品，行业知识 Service, product and industry knowledge

了解国际快递行业的服务特性和相关知识（有行业经验者更佳）understanding the service of worldwide express industry( related experience candidate preferred)

了解物流、供应链领域客户需求（有行业经验者更佳）understand customer demands of logistics and supply chain

具备一定的财务、国际贸易的基础知识（有行业经验者更佳）have a basic knowledge of Finance and international trading

具有良好的分析思维，能针对搜集到的信息进行整理归纳 have a good analytic thinking skill. Good at information searching and organizing

具备一定的供应链分析的能力，了解供应链各环节的一些需求（有行业经验者更佳）good at analyzing supply chain solution and know the detail demands of supply chain

有扎实的项目实施和部署经验者 更佳 have a solid program implementation skill experience (preferred)

技术与技能 Tech and Skill

需要具备一定的技术背景知识，一些解决方案为技术解决方案 have a solid IT skill to solve solution problem

具备良好的销售技能（有行业经验者更佳） have a good ability of selling skill ( candidated with related experience preferred)

熟练掌握 Windows 操作系统的基本使用 Know and master the basic skill of windows

熟练掌握 Microsoft Office Word /Excel/Power Point 的使用，有一定的Excel报告制作能力, 良好的PPT制作能力 know and master Microsoft Office Word /Excel/Power Point.

了解ERP、管理信息系统 行业知识者更佳 Know ERP, information management system

吃苦耐劳，能在一定压力和强度下工作 can work under pressure
