建筑综合类设计师

　　一、岗位说明：

　　一、 Job description:

　　这是一个新型的具有挑战性的岗位，该岗位主要是协助建筑工程综合设计师完成从建筑概念方案到建筑工程室内外施工图、建筑工程施工深化工艺图及建筑系列产品的部件、部品加工图，该岗位在目前的建筑领域属于跨专业的综合设计与制图工作的岗位，其岗位特点就是以建筑设计师的思维方式编制出能够用于指导工厂制作、现场实施的相关施工文件，并能够配合设计师完成技术交底与施工现场的指导工作。

　　This is a new and challenging position.This position is mainly to assist the comprehensive designer of construction engineering to complete the following drawings:

　　l Drawing from the architectural concept scheme to the interior and exterior shop drawings.

　　l Deepening shop drawing.

　　l Processing drawing of components and parts of building series products.

　　This position belongs to the muti-disciplinary comprehensive design and drawing work .The characteristics of this position are to work out the relevant construction documents which can be used to guide the production and implementation of the factory in the way of thinking of the architectural designer, and to cooperate with the designer to complete the technical disclosure and the guidance of the construction site.

　　1、***/***，本科及以上学历，工程设计类专业（含机械设计专业）；

　　1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Design(including mechanical design).

　　2、有2年以上室内或室外装饰设计、制图、施工现场等工作经验，或者有建筑或机械制图经验的优秀应届毕业生；

　　2. Excellent fresh graduate with experience in architectural or mechanical drawing OR have 2 years working experience in interior or exterior decoration design, drawing, construction site, etc

　　3、具有一定的室内或室外建筑、装饰设计知识和功底、或机械设计工作经验；必须具备熟练的CAD、SketchUp、Revit 或Rhinoceros 等设计软件基本操作技能，自学能力超强也可优先考虑。

　　3. Have a certain knowledge and background of interior or exterior architecture and decoration design or mechanical design experience .Must have the basic operation skills of CAD, SketchUp, Revit or rhinoceros design software. Strong self-study ability can also be preferred.

　　4、有较强的沟通、协调能力及团队精神，执行能力强，工作积极勤奋；

　　4、 Strong communication, coordination ,executive ability. Active and diligent in work and a team player .

　　5、优先条件：有施工工程经验或丰富的工程设计经验者优先；有过独立的工程方案设计、施工图设计、施工深化设计工作经验者优先；

　　5. Priority: Experience in construction engineering or rich in engineering design experience is preferred.

　　Experience in independent engineering scheme design, shop drawing design and deepen design is preferred.
