岗位职责
Responsibilities
1、负责所辖区域的产品销售任务;
Accomplish sales tasks within the assigned area;
2、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售指标;
Responsible for the planning and implementation of sales activities in order to achieve sales targets;
3、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围;
Develop new markets and new customers, increase market share;
4、维护及增进已有客户关系;
Maintain and strengthen current client relationships;
5、完成部分技术支持工作,与客户进行技术交流;
Provide technical assistance and training to customers before and after sales;
6、负责收集市场和行业信息,加深了解。
Collect information regarding the agriculture market and industry.
任职资格
Qualifications
1、专科及以上学历,农学或农业相关类相关专业;
Minimum four-year college degree in a related agronomy or agriculture discipline;
2、不限销售工作经验,有外企销售工程师经历者优先;热爱销售工作,对市场有一定的敏锐性;
No requirements for working experience in sales before, but sales engineer experience in foreign company is preferred;
passionate for sales work, possess strong business acumen;
3、具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力,具有良好的团队协作精神;
Excellent communication skills and business handling ability, strong team spirit but willing to show initiative when needed;
4、学习能力强,有挑战精神;
Strong learning ability and embraces challenges;
5、具备良好的英文水平;
Proficient in English;
6、能够适应长期出差。
Adaptive to frequent long-term business trips.
