数控铣床操作员

　　MainDuties主要职责:

　　1. Achievedailyproductionplanaccordingtocycleprocessdocuments;

　　按日生产计划及工艺文件完成生产任务；

　　2. Ensureproductinaccordancewithdrawingrequirementsandreportnon-conformingcasetoteamleader;

　　确保产品符合图纸要求并向组长及时汇报不合格情况；

　　3. DailyrecordactuallaborhoursinERPsystem;

　　每天在ERP系统记录实际操作工时

　　4. Implementdaily5Sactivities;

　　执行每日5S活动；

　　5. Implementautonomousmaintenanceaccordingtomachinemaintenanceplan;

　　按设备维护计划执行自主保养计划；

　　6. Responsibleforshifthandingoverrecordasrequired;

　　按岗位需求填写交接班记录；

　　QualificationRequirement任职资格

　　1.Education教育:

　　Technicalsecondaryschoolorabove,CNCoperationormechanicrelevantmajor;

　　中专及以上学历，数控操作或机械相关专业；

　　2.Experience经验要求:

　　1yearsrelatedexperienceinmechanicalindustrialcompany;experienceinforeigninvestmententerpriseispreferred.

　　1年及以上机械行业相关经验；外资企业工作经验优先。

　　3.Competency胜任力

　　· Abletoreadprocesssheet,operateinspectiongages;

　　能够阅读工艺图纸，使用检测量具；

　　· Goodteamplayer,detailoriented,patientandabletoworkunderpressure;Obeyprofessionalethics.

　　良好的团队合作能力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；恪守职业道德。
