模具技术员

　　职位描述：

　　·Before responsible for mold set-up and assist in new mold trial run

　　负责上下模具，并协助试模

　　·Be responsible for mold troubleshooting in production site, ensure production running smoothly

　　及时排除生产现场的模具故障,保证生产顺利进行

　　·Execute mold regular maintenance and repair including on-line maintenance during production, maintain all the molds ready for production

　　执行模具的常规维护保养,包括日常生产中模具维护保养，确保所有模具处于生产状态

　　Perform preventative maintenance of mold and other equipment 根据工作指导书做好模具及机器设备的预防性保养工作

　　Make sure all safety requirements are followed, and ensure other operators deal with molds properly and safely.

　　确保模遵守模具操作的安全要求，并确保其它操作人员正确且安全地使用，处理模具

　　Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

　　完成主管指定的其它任务

　　Qualification: 要求:

　　·Technical School or above 技术学校或以上学历 ·Basic operation skills for Surface Grinder, Milling Machine and Lathe，Have basic knowledge in engineering drawing and good understanding in mold construction and manufacturing.

　　能操作平面磨床，手动铣床，车床等设备，能看懂基本的工程图纸, 具备基本的模具概念

　　·Have basic knowledge on molding process and good understanding and sense on molding defects.

　　具备基本的注塑工艺方面的知识，对注塑缺陷有较好的理解和判断力

　　·At least 3 years of related working experience, connector mold fabrication and maintenance experience is preferred 至少三年模具或注塑厂工作经验，有连接器精密模具制作维修经验者优先考虑

　　·Basic operation skill of injection molding machine is a must

　　懂基本的注塑机操作

　　-Good teamwork and very good sense of safety
