岗位职责:
1.负责公司市场营销战略的执行,对具体的市场营销战术进行指导与必要的监督;
2.负责公司对外重大会议、展会、行业论坛等活动的参与;
3.负责公司的品牌推广和公关传播,负责媒体(包括新媒体)资源的整合、拓展,优化媒体关系;
4.准确把握公司的品牌定位,制定线上、线下推广策略;
5.组织相关的市场调研及分析,研究同行、业界发展状况,定期进行市场预测及情报分析,为公司决策提供依据;
6.负责市场团队的建设与日常管理。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,具备全面的市场营销知识体系,前瞻的营销战略规划能力;
优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力;
2.具备优秀的市场策划能力,熟悉各类新媒体营销工具及线上、线下推广等市场运作方式;
3.了解科技、互联网、智能硬件、IT等行业,有B2B行业工作背景,有科技类媒体资源者优先考虑;
4.5年以上相关经验;三年以上市场团队管理工作经验。
Responsibility:
1.Executive company marketing strategy planning, corporate marketing plan, implement marketing, brand, public relations, activities and other aspects of the work;
2. Organization and supervision of the implementation of the annual marketing plan implementation;
3. Control of the market dynamics, and coping strategies;
4. Establish and improve work flow as well as the system of norms; the team members and relevant departments to conduct market training and guidance;
5.Other matters accountable leadership.
Requirement:
1.Marketing Bachelor degree or above,5 years related work experience, computer industry related work experience is preferred;
2.Good communication and coordination capacity, influence, business negotiation and crisis management skills, rigorous planning and organizing skills;
3.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, have a stronger team consciousness;
4.Professional integrity, good occupation accomplishment.
