1.LTE基带软件开发和维护工作：
1)分析客户的需求，将这些需求有效的转化成能估算工作量和任务分配的高品质设计规范；
2)交付高性能的RTOS环境下的实时软件，涵盖端到端的软件设计，实现，单元测试，集成和验证；
3)协助产品线的其他成员及终端客户；
4)与其他团队共同阐述执行并解决问题。

职位要求：
1.计算机科学，无线通讯或电子工程专业的硕士或学士，
2.3年以上无线通信产品软件设计的工作经验。
3.精通C语言编程。
4.熟悉3GPP核心技术和LTE核心技术。
5.熟悉DSP平台的嵌入式软件设计。
6.熟悉Agile/ Scrum的方法和程序。
7.作为一个团队成员或者独立开展工作，具有积极性和责任感。
8.专注于工作，以结果为导向。
9.优秀的人际沟通技能和能力以确保很好的完成团队环境中的工作。
10.良好的中英文口语和优秀的写作能力。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development and maintenance work on LTE baseband software：
1) Analyses customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design specifications efficiently with effort estimation and task allocation.
2) Delivery high-performance, real-time software in RTOS environment, covering end to end missions of software design, implementation, unit-test, integration and verification.
3) Support other teams in the product lines as well as end customers.
4) Cooperate with other teams to explain implementation and troubleshoot issues.
2. Work within project/scrum/technical teams both as a team member and as individual contributor.
3. Adhere to all development standards, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
1. M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years SW Design working experience on wireless telecommunication product.
3. Proficiency in C programming.
4. Experience with 3GPP key technology. LTE key technology is a plus.
5. Experience with embedded SW design on DSP platform.
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and process.
7. Accountable proactivity and responsibility to work both as a team member and independently. Good at coaching others as well as learning.
8. Dedicated, result oriented professional with high reliability for getting the job done.
9.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and abilities to work well in a team environment.
10.Good Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
