资深护士（英语流利）-护士/护理人员

　　【Responsibilities】岗位职责

　　1.Checkandensuretheaccuracyofthepatientregistrationdetailsanddocumentcompletion;

　　检查并确保病人登记资料和文件填写的准确性;

　　2.Handle incoming calls and make appointments and change appointments for patients;

　　接听来电，为患者处理预约和改约;

　　3.Preparemedicalfilesandinsuranceclaimformsfordirectbilling;

　　建立医疗档案，准备保险理赔登记表;

　　4.Assistphysiciansandphysiotherapistsonpatient‘scommunication;

　　协助医生及物理治疗师与病人沟通;

　　5.Collectpaymentfrompatients;

　　处理患者支付费用;

　　6.FollowClinicpolicyandprocedures;

　　遵守门诊部各项政策和SOP流程;

　　7.Otherworkassignedbyleader.

　　上级主管交办的其他工作事项。

　　【Qualifications】任职资格

　　1.Collegedegreeoraboveinnursing,validChinesenurselisence;

　　护理专业大专及以上学历，护士证在有效期内;

　　2.Fluency oral and written English and Chinese;

　　流利的中英文口语和书写能力;

　　3.Good customer service skill;

　　良好的客户服务能力;

　　4.Good office computer software skill;

　　熟练使用办公自动化软件;

　　5.Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette;

　　专业的电话礼仪;

　　6.Good communication skills, compressive ability, have the sense of responsibility, willing to learn;

　　良好的沟通能力，抗压能力，有责任心，愿意学习;

　　7.Able to handle multiple tasks, can work under pressure and fast-paced work environment;

　　能够同时处理多项任务，能在压力和快节奏的工作环境下工作;

　　8.Good business etiquette;work five days a week.

　　具有良好的商务礼仪，做五休二。
