Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide admin support to SVP, including but not limited to travel/transportation/hotel arrangement, calendar maintenance, document preparation, reimbursement, event coordination and other routine admin work required by SVP.
2. Other admin work assigned by HR Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, English Major with Tem 8 is preferred.
2. 1 year working experience in admin.
3. Strong & active service attitude & detail oriented with patience.
4. Proactive problem solving attitude, responsible and team work spirit.
