Sr. HR Supervisor


Job summary:

Be responsible for all line functions of the HR Operations such as hiring, C&B, training, performance management and corporate culture, ensuring the effective implementation and sustaining of policies, processes and practices.


Responsibilities:

Part A: Talent acquisition/Recruiting & Selection

1. Be responsible for the whole recruiting process in China and SEA including formulating JDs, job posting, management of recruiting channels, conducting interviews of key positions.

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of hiring channels and formulate hiring strategies.

3. Standardize the whole process including the improvement of job application form, interview evaluation form and so on.

4. Keep timely communication with hiring managers for hiring requests while selecting candidates.

Part B: Compensation and Benefit

1. Preparation of monthly salary and company’s benefit issues.

2. Conduct job analysis & Job grading/job evaluation and provide opinions to hiring manager for salary adjustments and employee rewards.

3. Update payroll budget on monthly basis.

4. Keep up with government regulations changes and our compensation and benefit policy plan accordingly.

5. Update company’s remuneration and rewarding plan to support company’s development.

6. Supervise Expatriate staffs’ work permits application/renewal and residence certificates for local staffs.

Part C: People development/Performance Management

1. Supervise the performance management system and make improvements accordingly.

2. Provide training to staffs on performance management process and methodology and foster a performance-oriented culture.

3. Promote corporate’s A Players Principles Evaluation process.

4. Monitor the follow-up issues after performance review such as corrective actions, training requests, promotions, position changes, salary adjustments or rewarding.

Part D: Training and Development

1. Set up CMD training system and foster organizational learning culture.

2. Arrange outside training activities based on confirmed training needs, as well as invite in-house training for group training needs.

3. Organize the company learning activities and help staffs to grow inside the organization.

4. Standardize orientation program.

5. Provide on job training and coach for subordinates

6. Establish employee retention plan and succession plans for company’s key staffs.

Part E: Employee Relation and Company Culture

1. Deal with employee issues such as contract termination, employee complaints and departmental conflicts.

2. Ensure right people in right places and facilitate the adjustment and communication.

3. Work with labor bureau, lawyers when arbitration or lawsuit is occurring.

4. Supervise staff’s activities including company travels, hiking, annual party and so on.

5. Work with company’s management team to build up/ promote company culture and make on- going improvement based on the staffs’ feedback.

Part F: Policies and strategies

1. Review and company personnel policies and employee manual based on company’s requirement and legal requirement.

2. Sort out HR procedures & policies and make sure the full compliance with statutory and local laws and regulations.

3. Work closely with employee committee. Suggest and propose new policies to improve the company’s governance.

Part G: Administrative management

1. Supervise and monitor the general administrative service including office suppliers’ management, IT service, transportation management, random purchase, office environment management issue and so on.

2. Be responsible for cost saving of admin cost.

3. Keep on going improvement to enhance the employee’s satisfaction.

4. Receive visits from authorities such as labor union, social benefit audit firms, fire control office, Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau and so on.

5. Be responsible for business registration matters or of legal certificates.

6. Company patents application and renewal.

Part H: Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree, majoring in human resource management, business management or relevant disciplines will be preferred.

2. Have at least 8 years overall HR & Administration experience in multinational companies with no less than 3 years in supervisory positions.

3. Experiences in manufacturing environment will be preferred.

4. Excellent English both in oral and written.

5. Comprehensive working knowledge of labor law and local labor regulations

6. A local HR management certification holder.

7. Have strong communication and management skills.

8. Have high integrity and sense of confidentiality.

9. Have strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, leadership and coaching.

10. Project management skills.

11. Be self-driven, proactive, creative and flexible.

12. MS office and other applicable software.
