1. Manage planner team to deliver the high quality and smooth operation planning for service team cross whole China.
管理团队向业务提供高质量的服务计划与安排，保证服务部门的日常顺畅运营。
2. Collect, screen and summary operation data and run related reports（ Including but not limited to working hour, productivity, working efficiency and etc）
收集、过滤和汇总运营数据，完成运营相关报告（包括但不仅限于工时、生产力、生产效能等）。
3. Business insight through operation data and reporting analysis to identify operation efficiency priority and align with key stakeholders to develop feasible solutions and recommendations for efficiency improvement.
分析运营数据与报告，识别和确认生产效能的工作重点；给与业务伙伴商业洞见和可行操作以提高生产效能。
4. Identify the unusual data and find the root-cause, to track and address the operation issue together with business stakeholders.
通过异常数据，发现运营中的问题和故障，并与业务伙伴一起追踪和解决问题。
5. Assist to optimize the operation process ( internal and external) to consistently improve the operation efficiency and business result.
协助梳理与优化对内和对外的运营流程，以提高生产效能与业务结果。
Qualification
-Bachelor’s degree or above, and major in business management, mathematics, statistics or relevant is a plus.
本科及以上学历，工商管理、数学、统计等专业优先
-3-year or above intensive experience of data analysis, for service industry is highly preferred.
3年及以上数据分析与处理经验，服务行业优先
-Good interpersonal and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通与协调理能力
-Good sense of numbers and data analysis skills.
良好的数据分析能力和数字概念
-Good at data tools such as excel, SPSS etc.
良好的数据工具使用能力，如Excel, SPSS等
-Good logicial thinking and familiar with digital map is a plus
良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉电子地图优先
