Job Description

岗位职责

- Initiate, Establish and coordinate development of sales action plans focusing on both new & existing customers.

启动,建立和协调销售行动方案的完善,重点关注新老客户。

- Formulate within sales management guidelines on development strategies to support strong business growth.

在销售管理框架内规划发展战略,以支持业务快速增长。

- Identify and penetrate into new market or customer base.

识别并渗透到新的市场和客户群。

- Aggressively source and secure new accounts / business.

勇于开拓并赢得新业务。

- Canvass & develop int’l freight forwarding, domestic & contract logistics business, achieve sales /profit target.

大力发展国际货运代理,合约物流和国内运输等业务,完成销售/利润指标。

- Develop and maintain existing customers to optimise service quality, business growth and customer satisfaction.

发展和维护现有客户,优化服务质量,业务增长和客户满意度。

- Working with team to market intelligence for potential customers, traffic mix and competition to enable formulation of effective sales strategies.

与团队共享潜在客户,航线组合及竞争业态等市场情报,参与构建有效的销售战略。

- Establish and build up a pool of customers.

建立潜在客户数据库。

- Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices & partners.

与现有客户,新客户及所有职能部门,关联公司和业务伙伴维持良好,专业的工作关系和有效沟通。

- Review and meet budgeted set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.

审查并达成预算销售目标,并确保所有业务交易符合损益标准。

- Establish development of businesses locally or overseas.

发展本地及海外业务。

- Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.

监控并确保客户应收帐款及时支付。

- Generate annual development budgets.

制定年度发展预算。

- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

完成其他各项委派的工作任务。


Requirements

任职资格

- A minimum Diploma in Sales, marketing, Logistics or English in the equivalent.

至少拥有销售,市场营销,物流或;英语专业大专以上文凭。

- A minimum 5 year Sales Or Business Development experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry (Preference given for candidates with proven sales track record).

至少5年以上物流或货运代理行业销售或业务发展经理工作经历。

- Know-how to promote trade Lane development and be familiar with prepaid market is an added advantage.

了解航线开发并熟悉预付市场者优先。

- Good Attitude, independent, team player & Self motivated.

工作态度积极,具备独立工作能力,团队合作精神和自我激励。

- Outspoken, energetic and charismatic.

坦率,精力充沛和拥有人格魅力。

- Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.

良好的人际关系,谈判技巧和沟通技巧。

- Strong presentation skills with fluency in both written & spoken English.

能用流利的英语说写,并具备出色的演示技巧。

- Computer Literate & familiar with MS Office.

熟练运用计算机并熟悉办公软件。

- Good knowledge in freight & operations.
