　　岗位要求

　　1. 学历：全日制大专及以上学历；

　　Full-time college degree or above

　　2. 能看懂英文邮件及资料，使用英文电脑系统，会基本口语交流；

　　Good English reading and writing skills

　　3. 有客服或相关工作经验的优先；

　　Customer service work experience is preferred

　　4. 普通话标准，思维灵活，逻辑能力强；

　　Standard mandarin, quick-minded and smart

　　5. 会使用excel等办公软件。

　　Good Office skills

　　工作职责：

　　1. 接听客户和工程师的电话，创建报修电话记录，按照流程处理相关事宜，在必要时转接电话给技术支持工程师或备件同事；遇到特殊情况积极主动反馈给直接主管或相关部门；

　　Answering Engineer and customer calls, creating record and handling relevant matters with the SOP, transferring to parts team or technical support team if necessary,.

　　2. 在系统中查询备件状态，按照备件信息确定对应流程，严格执行流程规定。在必要时与call taker,库房及工程师联系，及时跟进更新备件信息。

　　工作时间：

　　上班班次：8:00-17:00 8:30-17:30 9:00-18:00 18:00-02:00 12:00-08:00（夜班） 做五休二

　　每1~2个月会有夜班的安排，夜班人员在家里办公，公司提供值班电脑、手机。

　　注：8:00，8:30班次可打车上班，公司提供15元报销额度。

　　如加班至晚8点以后下班，可直接打车回家，公司报销全部打车费。
