沃沛斯（常州）能源科技有限公司是由OPES Solution德国投资的子公司，其研发销售总部位于德国柏林。与传统光伏组件厂不同，沃沛斯常州是一家专业从事应用型太阳能组件的研究、开发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，同时为满足客人的不同需求，可以提供定制化组件的技术和服务。
公司由平均十年以上太阳能产业经验的专家所组成，团队成员对于材料科学、制程优化、品质管理、系统应用等皆学有专精，因此对于太阳能组件，从客制化的研发、光伏原材料的选用、组件制程的调适、以及组件配合系统的应用等，已累积丰富的实务经验，从而保证了产品的质量，提供客户更多的选择与良好的服务，受到了国内外市场的好评。
沃沛斯在中国大陆、中国香港和德国同步经营业务。在快速增长的离网能源接入和智慧城市市场中，不断提升其作为离网光伏组件制造商的全球领先地位。在能源接入市场，沃沛斯主要提供离网光伏组件与解决方案以支持即用即付模式的离网光伏家用系统。在过去几年中，已成功交付超过400万个定制化的离网光伏组件。

OPES products are designed for a variety of applications:
These include Solar Pico, Solar Home and PAYG (pay-as-you-go) Systems in the area of rural electrification, usually in the range of 0.3 to 50 Watt. Often there are special requirements regarding lifetime and effective deployment on scale.
We also design and produce customized solar modules for applications like solar parking meters or streetlights, just to name a few. These come often with special requirements on flexibility, efficiency, appearance, connectivity and design to be integrated into the application.
Our core competency for realizing innovative solar applications is our know-how in solar material science and design capability, supported by our high-end automated manufacturing lines for solar modules in the range of 0.3 to 160 Watt, which are flexible and unique in the world.
By this we can support our customers with small series and high volume production at continuous quality to competitive conditions.
