Help Desk services.
These services are available to our clients on a per unit per month
basis or as part of a comprehensive Managed Services offering that may
include other services such as consulting, online backup, remote support
access, Website management and creation, help desk, email marketing,

The Cheetah 24/7 Total System Care program allows us to monitor your
Servers and PC's to proactively detect and repair problems before
they escalate to component or system failure and result in system
downtime, data loss and expensive repair or replacement of hardware
and reinstallation of software.

each year. Most of these issues can be solved through proactive
monitoring and remote administration. The Cheetah Total System
Care Program proactively monitors your IT infrastructure and
allows us to preempt problems and address issues before they

Cheetah Total System Care is implemented via
the installation of the Cheetah Agent, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware
software and then monitored 24/7 by the Network Operations Center.
Total System care is available on a per PC/Server basis or as
part of a comprehensive Managed Services Program that includes

The Virtual Service Desk technicians will help you solve those PC and Printer
Issues, as well as any software issues or use questions you might have.
Most popular software applications are supported.
The Cheetah 24/7 Virtual Service Desk is an optional service that is provided in addition to the Cheetah
Managed Services Program.
Help Desk is not available as a stand alone
option. Minimum 6 PC's per Customer and entire site must be covered.
